# 1:1 Prompts

Get insights and questions for your next 1:1

Get a question you could use to kick-start a reflection conversation in your next 1:1, based on a team member's data. You can set these up to arrive before each 1:1 on the [Settings > Notifications page](https://app.multitudes.co/team-settings/notifications?section=personal).

## **Who is included in a 1:1 prompt?**

Anyone who you’ve added to the 'Who you have 1:1s with' section of your profile under Settings.

## **How can I share this with my team member?**

You can either forward the Multitudes DM to the person or – to save time – make sure your team member has connected their Slack account to Multitudes. Make sure they have [login access](/configuration-and-setup/permissions-and-roles.md) to the Multitudes app, and then direct them to the [Settings > Notifications](https://app.multitudes.co/team-settings/notifications?section=personal) page to connect Multitudes to their Slack account.

Once your team member has done that, they will automatically start receiving a copy of any conversation starters you receive.
