Multitudes can proactively send you notifications via Slack or email to help you improve performance, collaboration, and wellbeing.&#x20;

See below for the types of notifications available. Note that only the [Trend Summary](/knowledge-base/types-of-notifications/trend-summary.md) is available via email; the others are available via Slack. If you'd like to request that we make notifications available over email or Microsoft Teams, reach out to <support@multitudes.com>.&#x20;
